1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible:

  • You must request a return within 3–5 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products purchased on sale or discount (unless damaged)
  • Minor variations in handmade products (color/design differences)

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Issue details
    • Clear photos/videos of the product
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 working days

4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of refund

5. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping is free for damaged/incorrect items
  • For other approved cases, shipping may be deducted from refund

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
