1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible:
- You must request a return within 3–5 days of delivery
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
- Customized or personalized products
- Products purchased on sale or discount (unless damaged)
- Minor variations in handmade products (color/design differences)
3. Return Process

- Issue details
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Our team will review and respond within 2–3 working days
4. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of refund
5. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping is free for damaged/incorrect items
- For other approved cases, shipping may be deducted from refund
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
